Orders and Rate Confirmations
From the rate con to the load delivered, in one place.
A load starts as a conversation and becomes a rate confirmation, and the gap between those two things is where money goes missing. Orders here hold the whole picture: the customer, the pickup and delivery with their time windows, the agreed rate, the accessorial terms, and whatever was actually agreed about detention and late delivery.
You can send the rate confirmation straight to the broker as a clean PDF, from your own company name with your own logo on it. Revisions are numbered, so when terms change mid-negotiation both sides can tell which version they are looking at — a small thing that stops an argument before it starts.
Orders carry a status from quoted through accepted to delivered, so at any point you can see what is booked, what is rolling, and what is waiting to be invoiced. The order is the thread that ties the trip you ran and the invoice you send back to the same piece of work, instead of three unrelated records you have to match up by hand.
Everything is your branding, not ours. The documents that reach your brokers carry your company name, your logo and your contact details, because the relationship is yours and the paperwork should look like it.
